iPhone 5 Back Camera & Battery leaked

Another iPhone 5 parts leak have occurred, this time, its camera and battery components.

With the October release practically confirmed by the recent AT&T noise, another parts leak is like icing on the cake in terms of what all iPhone 5 enthusiasts want to hear.

MacRumors have identified multiple sources of suppliers who are allegedly distributing these parts. From the picture, it is clearly seen next to it’s iPhone 4 counterpart, similarly sporting a LED flash embedded closely to the CMOS sensor.

iPhone 5 Camera Leaked

A surprise comes in the form of the camera not having a Dual LED flash. Although it is hard to tell with these leaks and Apple might even have something up their sleeves. 9to5mac have also reported back in April that the iPhone 5 might borrow Sony’s 8 MP camera to stay ahead of other smartphones in terms of camera.

iPhone 5 Battery Leaked

The other leaked part is apparently the “DVT_B3?, which is sourced from a UK repair shop called iPatchiPods. The battery is apparently in the final testing phases before going out for mass production. Very similar to it’s iPhone 4 counterpart, it will also be sort of the same in terms power delivery. “Of course, we’re not sure how old the battery shown in the photo is, so the iPhone 5 very well could be in the final production stage”, according to MacRumors. The fact that this might be an old iPhone 4 prototype must also be taken into consideration. Another leak is of a battery module, from TVC mall, which is also a go to place for replacement iPhone parts.

How is a 8mp camera going to stay ahead of the others? There were more than seven smart phones with an 8mp before the iphone 4 was ever released. There is rumors that HTC will be packing a 10.5-12.0 megapixel in their upcoming HTC vigor.

  2. megapixels don’t matter all too much noble sir

Correct. a nice 8MP digital camera can take higher quality images than a cheap 12MP digital. just because the dimensions are higher doest mean theres any more detailed information taken in.

To begin with, it’s not a “mark 1d.” It’s an EOS-1D, and the current model is the Mark IV. Secondly, both the 1D Mark IV and the 5D have full frame sensors – they’re the same size. In addition to learning about what you’re talking about before commenting, I would suggest you enroll in a remedial English class. Something that can teach you about capitalization, punctuation, and spelling… “programing”… really?

Although the 4 had a 5mp HD, quite small, it takes such good photos due to its high resolution and amazing screen, MPs are just a number.
